Terms and Conditions
- Participants must be lid students who have successfully completed a 10-day Vipassana course to avail of this service.
- Bus Seva Registration Number will be essential for boarding the bus. If you havent received your Bus Seva Registration Number, it means that your Bus Seva Registration is not completed.
- No children under the age of 18 years are allowed on the bus.
- The last bus for the return journey will depart at 4.45 PM. After completing the course, participants must ensure they reach the designated meeting point, usually the Myanmar gate, or as instructed by the Bus Seva team. Organizers will not be responsible if the participants do not reach their designated bus by 4.45pm. They will need to make their own arrangements for transportation in case they are late and miss the bus.
- Refunds will only be processed until the last day of registration. After this date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the Bus Seva team and cooperate with the organizers to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all.
- Organizers reserves the right to cancel or modify the bus service at any time without prior notice, and participants will be duly informed in advance of any changes via email or other communication channels.
- All participants need to carry alongwith them the confirmation number provided to them at the time of registration.
- By registering for the bus service, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional instructions provided by the organizers.

"Samaggānam Tapo Sukho" Towards fulfilling Pujya Gurujis vision of bringing together 8000 sadhaks meditating under the relics of the Buddha at the Global Vipassana Pagoda, we the Dhamma Sevaks, are pleased to announce discounted bus seva for the upcoming mega course. Partly supported by Dhamma Brothers Dana, these services provide a comfortable and easy to-and-fro AC bus journey for all sadhaks.
Key points to note:
- Buses will depart from various locations as mentioned on the website, ensuring that you are picked up and dropped off at the same place upon return.
- Note: The deadline for Bus Seva Registration is Thursday, 15th January 2026. Refunds will be processed until the same day; however, NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date.
- This facility is only for old students who have completed one 10 day Vipassana course.
